Role Description The Data Analyst Support role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to support business reporting and analytics.

The Data Analyst

Support professional will assist in building and maintaining data models, preparing dashboards, and generating routine and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include performing basic statistical analysis, validating data accuracy,



and documenting data processes and findings. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating insights in a clear manner, and providing support for data-related queries and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts to real-world data.
- Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills, including designing and maintaining structured datasets and data flows.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or coursework in database concepts, data visualization, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
