As an E-Commerce Growth associate, you will be working directly at the heart of our business – handling everything from marketing campaigns and daily operations to vendor coordination and customer experience. You will use tools like Canva and AI to create, execute, and measure — not just assist.

What You’ll Work On

- Get a front-row seat to the business's P&L;, understand where money flows in and out, and why it matters
- Launch and manage real digital marketing campaigns; your creatives go live, your ideas get tested, your results get tracked
- Be the bridge between our vendors and us, negotiate, follow up, and build relationships that keep the supply chain running
- Be the voice of our brand to customers, turn complaints into loyalty, and queries into conversions
- Own the daily orders dashboard: spot patterns, catch problems early, and keep the business moving like clockwork.

Other Requirements

- You are an experienced skilled or a fresher in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or any related stream





- You know your way around Canva and have used AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini

- You understand the basics of digital marketing — social media, content, and ads

- You are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets — numbers don't scare you

- You take ownership. You don't wait to be told twice.

- You want to understand how a business actually works — not just theory, but real execution.
