About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our dynamic team on a remote, hourly contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to pioneering AI evaluation projects by applying your enterprise-level cybersecurity expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing complex security scenarios, creating reference solutions, and evaluating AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet rigorous security, compliance, and technical standards.

This position requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threat modeling, incident response, and risk management practices. You will collaborate closely with project teams to develop realistic security scenarios, assess AI outputs, and help shape the future of AI security evaluation.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess over five years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including roles in security engineering,



operations, incident response, risk management, or leadership. Strong familiarity with industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIS2 is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with security tools like Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Tenable, Qualys, and GRC platforms.

Excellent analytical skills, risk assessment capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly are required. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in cybersecurity principles and practices.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be tasked with developing realistic enterprise cybersecurity scenarios based on current security operations, threat detection, and risk management workflows.

Responsibilities include creating detailed reference incident reports, comprehensive security assessments, architecture designs, and compliance documentation to support project needs. You will evaluate AI-generated cybersecurity outputs for accuracy, reasoning, and adherence to security standards, providing constructive feedback for improvement. Designing grading rubrics that effectively measure professional-level cybersecurity judgment and decision-making will be a key aspect of your role.

Additionally,



you will apply various cybersecurity methodologies, including threat modeling, incident response planning, vulnerability management, and risk assessment, ensuring the highest level of technical rigor and quality across all deliverables. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be essential to maintain consistency and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
