About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team on an hourly contract basis. This role is pivotal in supporting our advanced AI evaluation projects, where your expertise will be instrumental in designing real-world security scenarios, creating reference solutions, and assessing AI-generated outputs. As a key contributor, you will apply your enterprise-level cybersecurity knowledge to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of our AI systems.

The position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate with a talented team of professionals from anywhere in the world. You will be involved in shaping the security framework for next-generation AI technologies, making a significant impact on their development and deployment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in cybersecurity, including roles in security engineering, operations, incident response, risk management, or security leadership.



You should have a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIS2. Familiarity with security tools like Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Tenable, Qualys, and GRC platforms is essential.

Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly preferred, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field. Excellent analytical abilities, technical communication skills, and a proactive approach to risk assessment and threat mitigation are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include developing enterprise cybersecurity scenarios that mirror real-world security operations, threat detection, and risk management workflows. You will create detailed reference incident reports, conduct comprehensive security assessments, and design architecture solutions that align with industry standards and compliance requirements. Evaluating AI-generated cybersecurity outputs for accuracy, reasoning, and adherence to security standards will be a core task.

You will also be responsible for designing grading rubrics that measure cybersecurity judgment and decision-making at a professional level. Applying methodologies such as threat modeling,



incident response planning, vulnerability management, and risk assessment will be essential to your success. Collaboration with project teams to ensure consistency, quality, and technical rigor across all deliverables will be a continuous part of your role.
