Title: Customer Support Representative

International Voice Process

Employment Type: Full-time/Entry-Level (0-2 years experience)

Shift Pattern: Rotational 24/7 shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Week Offs: 1 rotational day off

Location: Tech Mahindra Building, Tower-2, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Job Summary

This role offers hands-on experience in 24/7 operations as Customer support, perfect for building skills in business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate transport schedules, fleet rostering

Handle international calls with clients/partners

Assist in data entry

Required Skills & Qualifications

Recent graduate

0-2 years’ experience in operations, Customer support

Solid communication skills for international calling (fluency in English).

Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and basic tools like Excel/CSV processing.

Adaptable to rotational 24/7 shifts with 1 rotational week off.
