About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support creators and users while assisting with creator operations, affiliate activities, and influencer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle creator/user queries and resolve basic platform issues.
- Assist with Instagram and social account linking/troubleshooting.
- Support affiliate feature execution and creator coordination.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Maintain creator databases, trackers, and basic reports.
- Escalate technical issues to internal teams when required.
Requirements
- Freshers or 0–1 year experience.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, etc.
- Strong follow-up and attention to detail.
- Interest in social media, creators, and influencer marketing.
- Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
