Mandatory Skills
- ATA 46 Information Systems
- ACARS, CPDLC, ADS-C
- FANS 1/A+, ATN B1
- ATSU, SATCOM, VDL Mode 2
- Airbus fleet support experience preferred
- Strong customer-facing technical support experience
Experience: 5-8+ years in Avionics, Aircraft Connectivity, Flight Operations Support, or Customer
Services.
Certification Required
■ CSE (Customer Support Engineer) Certification
Preferred Aircraft: A320 Family, A330, A350, A380
What You'll Do
