Role Description The International Voice Process role at Mindenious is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with international customers or partners, providing clear and skilled communication, and addressing queries or concerns in a timely manner. The individual will be responsible for following defined processes, documenting interactions accurately, and maintaining service quality standards.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams, adhering to performance metrics, and consistently delivering a positive and respectful caller experience.



The role may also require working in shifts aligned with international time zones.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong spoken English communication skills, including clear articulation, neutral accent, and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills such as empathy, problem-solving, patience, and the ability to handle high-volume calls professionally.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with call center software, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to manage calls, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Candidates should possess adaptability and teamwork skills, including the ability to learn new processes quickly and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Prior experience in an international voice process, BPO, or customer support environment is beneficial.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and maintain professional conduct in a fast-paced environment is expected.
