Job Title: Customer Service and Inside Sales

Shift –Remote - Night Shift (5:30 pm- 1:30am)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Job Overview The Customer Service and Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, assisting clients with product selection, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders. The role requires a proactive individual who can act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless ordering experience and maintaining robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website chat, and social media.

· Provide detailed information regarding products, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines.

· Assist customers in selecting suitable printing products and services based on their requirements.

· Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or internal systems.

Sales & Lead Conversion





· Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed sales orders.

· Proactively follow up with leads, quotations, and pending orders.

· Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services where appropriate.

· Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and order confirmations with customers.

· Achieve monthly sales targets of 100k and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Order Coordination

· Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.

· Monitor order progress and keep customers updated regarding production and delivery status.

· Ensure all order details are accurately captured before production begins.

Relationship Management

· Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

· Maintain a database of regular clients and follow up for future requirements.

· Collect customer feedback to help improve products and services.
