Boxman Global Logistics is entering the South India market, and we're building the founding sales team for the region.

We're an international freight forwarding and courier company serving importers, exporters, and SMEs across global trade lanes. The focus starts in Coimbatore and Tiruppur - one of India's busiest export clusters - and grows from there across South India.

We're hiring two sales professionals. Title and package will be set at Manager or Executive level based on your experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Drive recent business across South India, with primary focus on the Coimbatore–Tiruppur corridor
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits
- Build and manage a pipeline of importers, exporters, and SME shippers, with particular focus on textile and garment exporters
- Prepare quotations and negotiate rates and commercial terms
- Develop freight solutions across Air, Ocean, and Express modes
- Coordinate with operations teams to track shipments and resolve customer queries
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on weekly activity




- Represent Boxman at regional trade events

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 1-3 years in logistics, freight forwarding, courier, or B2B sales
- Based in or near Coimbatore or Tiruppur preferred; other South India locations considered
- Strong communication in Tamil and English
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-up, and field visits
- Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Working knowledge of Air, Ocean, or Express freight is an advantage
- Graduate in any discipline; logistics or supply chain background an advantage
