About the EngagementThe DOM Family continues to grow, and we are looking for talented customer experience professionals to support this next phase through a full-time consulting engagement.

Our Customer Experience function has consistently maintained a 90%+ CSAT score, and we care deeply about the experience we create for every customer. Going above and beyond is not a cliché for us; it is part of the standard we work toward every day.

This engagement involves working closely with teams supporting The DOM Family and its portfolio of consumer brands, collaborating across functions, solving customer problems, and contributing directly to the quality of the overall customer experience.

We would love to hear from people who bring strong communication, empathy, judgment, ownership, and a genuine desire to help customers.

You May Be a Outstanding Fit If You Have

- An empathetic, positive approach and a genuine desire to help customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- An understanding of cultural differences and the ability to work effectively with diverse, international teams
- Experience building and maintaining relationships that strengthen customer engagement
- Experience in customer service or technical support across voice, email and live chat




- The ability to adapt your working style based on customer and business requirements
- A strong focus on the qualitative aspects of customer experience, not simply ticket closure
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of ownership
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify appropriate sales opportunities while supporting customers
- The ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-moving environment
- The flexibility to learn, adapt and take on evolving responsibilities

Prior customer experience is preferred, although strong fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and the right aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

Engagement

RequirementsThe engagement supports customers and business teams in the United States. Consultants should therefore be comfortable maintaining substantial working-hour overlap with US Eastern and/or Pacific business hours, depending on the requirements of the engagement.

This is a consulting engagement rather than an employment position. Services will be provided under the applicable consulting agreement.
