- Responsible for team decisions.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience with integration techniques and API management within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide creative solutions.
- Familiarity with user interface design and customization to enhance user experience.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
