- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Strong experience in data integration, transformation, and analytics within Workday environments.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data models and dashboards.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and best practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing performance of analytics solutions.




- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value through technology.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
