- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality

- Handle customer queries via email, phone, chat, or CRM tickets

- Follow up with customers to resolve issues and maintain relationships

- Use CRM software to track leads, interactions, and service requests

- Generate and maintain reports from the CRM system

- Assist sales teams by managing leads and tracking conversions

- Support marketing campaigns through customer segmentation and data analysis

- Monitor customer behavior and feedback

- Implement follow-ups, reminders, and loyalty initiatives to improve retention

- Prepare regular reports on customer activity, satisfaction, and performance metrics

- Share insights with management for decision-making

- Identify gaps in customer service processes

- Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams

- Ensure consistent communication with customers across all channels
