- Analyse financial statements, cash flows, bureau reports, banking behaviors, and risk factors.
- Prepare clear credit appraisal memos with risk insights and sanction recommendations.
- Timely disposal of cases assigned for underwriting.

Portfolio &
- Risk Management

- Monitor portfolio health, identify early warning signals, and recommend corrective actions.
- Control delinquency and ensure risk exposures stay within defined limits.
- Track performance trends and support measures to reduce NPAs or deteriorate assets.

Policy, Compliance &
- Governance

- Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies, IFSCA guidelines, and regulatory norms.
- Suggest enhancements to underwriting frameworks and credit processes based on market conditions and risk experience.




- Preparation of Recent product framework which can be launched to meet client requirements under regulatory guidelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with sales and business teams to balance risk and growth objectives.
- Coordinate with operations, legal, valuation partners, and auditors to support seamless credit processing.
- Ensure documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirement.

Field &
- Due Diligence

- Undertake field visits and borrower interactions to validate business information and understand local market dynamics.
- Conduct proper due diligence as part of credit evaluation and risk validation.

Reporting &
- Documentation

- Maintain accurate credit records and prepare periodic MIS for leadership.
- Ensure documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
