We are looking for a Creative Video Editor who can transform raw footage, concepts, and AI-generated assets into highly engaging videos that capture attention and tell compelling stories. Role OverviewWe are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, visual aesthetics, and audience engagement.

The ideal candidate should be capable of creating content for social media, advertisements, corporate videos, documentaries, promotional campaigns, and AI-powered content projects.

More than technical editing skills, we value the ability to think creatively and bring ideas to life through video.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for various digital platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Develop compelling visual storytelling through editing, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and effects.
- Work with raw footage, stock footage, animations, and AI-generated content.
- Create cinematic and high-retention content optimized for social media.
- Add captions, graphics, music, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, designers, and clients.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles,



and platform algorithms.

Required SkillsMust Have
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
- Excellent understanding of pacing, visual composition, and audience retention.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently conceptualize and execute video projects.
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in video editing, filmmaking, media production, digital marketing, advertising, or content creation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating editing and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
- Knowledge of color grading and sound design is an added advantage.
