Role Description The Creative Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that promote our partner services and brands. This full time, on-site role in Bhopal involves planning and managing social media campaigns, creating engaging content for digital platforms, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to translate complex data concepts into accessible, compelling marketing narratives.
Daily tasks include monitoring campaign performance, refining strategies based on insights, coordinating with designers and content creators, and supporting outreach activities such as events or webinars. The role also includes identifying new marketing opportunities, maintaining a strong online presence, and contributing fresh creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Marketing and Social Media Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
- Experience with Branding and Social Media to build and maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to create and manage digital content (posts, visuals, short videos) and familiarity with major social media tools and analytics.
- Creativity in developing campaigns that explain data-driven concepts in an accessible, engaging way.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a creative, startup, or consulting environment is an advantage.
