About us

Grow That Brand is a D2C ecommerce consulting firm working with 50-plus brands across the US, UK, Canada, Australia and India. We help founders figure out what to sell, how to sell it, and how to make ads that actually move product.

We are not an agency in the usual sense. We sit inside our clients' businesses and make decisions with them.

We also own and operate our own brands. The advice we give clients is advice we've paid for ourselves, and the creative work here isn't theoretical The culture

The role

This is two jobs that belong to the same person.

Half one: personal brand

Build one of the biggest personal brands in the business and entreprenuership space in the country

- Grow my Instagram and YouTube from strategy through execution (@vivaangandhiii on IG)
- Ideate content with me directly, in the room
- Plan shoots end to end: concept, locations, settings, visual language
- Own the look and feel of everything that goes out

Half two: client creative





- Consult D2C brands on their ad creative directly
- Decide what the ads should say and how they should look
- Call the format: AI-generated, static image, UGC-style, whatever the product needs
- Get on calls with founders and walk them through it
- Stay involved through execution rather than handing over a deck and disappearing

Some of these are seven-figure brands. You need to hold a room with someone who has been doing this longer than you have.

Who this is for

- You've grown something real, your own account, a founder's, or a brand's, and you can show the before and after

- You have taste and you can defend it

- You understand D2C well enough to know why a creative decision affects conversion rate, not just engagement

- You're comfortable being wrong in public

- You ship, read the data, and move

This is not a role for someone who wants a brief handed to them.
