Creative Experiences Ops Associate & Senior Associate

Events | Immersive Corporate Experiences | MICE |

At the intersection of creative thinking, operational precision, and memorable experiences lies this role.

We’re looking for a Creative Experience Operations Associate who can help transform ideas into well-designed, seamlessly executed events, brand experiences, corporate offsites, incentive journeys, and destination-led programmes.

This is not a conventional event coordination role.

We’re looking for someone who understands that every event has a story, every destination can become an experience, and every operational detail contributes to how a guest ultimately feels.

You will work closely with our creative, client servicing, production, travel, hospitality, and operations teams to take projects from brief → concept → planning → production → execution.

You’ll contribute creatively, coordinate meticulously, solve problems quickly, and help ensure that every experience we create feels thoughtful, relevant, polished, and memorable.

- Manage requirements, quotations, timelines, specifications, samples, production schedules, and deliverables while maintaining quality and cost consciousness.

Presentations, Proposals & Experience DecksSupport the development of compelling client presentations, event proposals, destination decks, experience journeys, mood-boards, creative references, programme concepts, and execution plans. You should be comfortable taking scattered information and converting it into a clear, structured, visually compelling client-facing narrative.

The Kind of Person We’re Looking For :

- You see more than an event schedule—you see an experience journey.
- You notice how a guest arrives, what they see first, how a stage feels inside a ballroom, how a destination can become part of a story, and how small operational details can dramatically influence the overall experience.
- You are equally comfortable discussing a creative idea with a designer and coordinating its execution with a production vendor.
- You enjoy environments where creativity and operations intersect.
- Most importantly, you understand that great experiences require both imagination and precision.

- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Joining Timeline: Immediate or within 30 days
- Compensation: Competitive and aligned with experience and capability; discussed during the interview process.

The nature of the industry requires flexibility during live events, destination programmes, client meetings, rehearsals, and event production periods.

Travel for events, venue inspections, destination recce visits, and on-ground programmes will form an integral part of the role.

Why This Role Is Different

- You won’t simply manage events.
- You’ll help design how people experience them.
- You’ll work across creative concepts, destinations, hospitality, branding, production, technology, storytelling, engagement, and live execution—giving you exposure to the complete experiential ecosystem.

Think creatively.

Plan intelligently.

Execute relentlessly.

Create experiences that stay with people.
