We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Corporate HR who is passionate about shaping Employee Experience, Talent Management and Total Rewards.

This is an opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to enterprise-wide people initiatives across MGM Healthcare.

What You’ll Do

- Drive employee surveys and feedback mechanisms, translating insights into meaningful actions
- Use HR analytics, stay conversations and exit insights to design retention strategies
- Facilitate succession planning, Hi-Po identification and leadership development
- Anchor Total Rewards, including compensation benchmarking, reviews and related initiatives

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience working on Employee Experience, Total Rewards,



Talent Management and HR Analytics
- Strong interest in organizational culture, engagement and retention
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of enterprise-wide initiatives
