About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Finance professional to manage financial reporting, planning, performance analysis, and compliance oversight across multiple entities within a family office.

The family office holds entities across India, the US, Singapore and Dubai. You will own consolidated financial visibility across all four — different currencies, different statutory calendars, different books — working closely with leadership across businesses to provide visibility into financial and operational performance while ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.

What You'll Work On

- Own MIS and management reporting across multiple entities and businesses
- Consolidate financials across entities in India, the US, Singapore and Dubai, including multi-currency translation and intercompany eliminations
- Consolidate financial and operational information and provide meaningful insights to leadership
- Track key operational and financial metrics across portfolio companies/entities
- Lead FP&A; activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning
- Manage a reporting calendar that accommodates differing statutory, audit and tax timelines across jurisdictions
- Analyse business performance and identify key drivers, trends, risks, and areas of improvement
- Establish and monitor financial controls and conduct periodic compliance checks
- Track cross-border transactions — intercompany funding, repatriation, related-party flows
- Coordinate with accounting, tax, audit, and other stakeholders, including local advisors in each geography




- Support leadership with financial analysis for business decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide timely visibility into the performance of different entities
- Identify gaps in financial processes and drive improvements in reporting, controls, and planning

What We're Looking For

- 10–12 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A;, or a similar role in family office fund / VC or PE fund.
- Strong experience managing MIS and financial reporting across multiple entities
- Experience consolidating financials across multiple geographies and currencies (INR, USD, SGD, AED)
- Working knowledge of cross-border structures — intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, FEMA/ODI or equivalent
- Familiarity with Ind AS and at least one of IFRS / US GAAP
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance management
- Experience working with operational metrics and financial KPIs
- Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance processes
- Comfort coordinating with offshore advisors across time zones
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior leadership
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple entities and priorities simultaneously
