About the Role:-

Are you a strategic communicator with a proven track record of managing brand reputation on a large scale? We are looking for an experienced Corporate Communication Manager to lead integrated communications, executive positioning, media relations, and crisis management.

In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership, shape our corporate voice across domestic and international channels, and champion our sustainability (ESG) and brand narrative.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Strategic Communications: Design and execute dynamic corporate communication strategies that protect brand reputation and align with global business goals.
- Media Relations & PR: Build and nurture strong ties with leading business, financial, and trade media; oversee press statements, media strategy, and spokesperson preparation.
- Executive & Leadership Positioning: Draft high-impact speeches, presentations, opinion pieces, and board-level messaging for the CEO and senior executives.
- Crisis & Reputation Management: Formulate crisis communication frameworks, guide swift decision-making during sensitive situations, and safeguard brand trust.
- ESG & Purpose Storytelling: Lead external storytelling for sustainability, CSR, and corporate governance initiatives.
- Agency Management:



Direct external PR and creative agencies to ensure high-impact campaign execution, quality control, and budget optimization.
- Analytics & Impact: Monitor media sentiment, track communication KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

What We Are Looking For:-

- Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience in corporate communications, public relations, or reputation management (large B2C or diversified corporate experience preferred).
- Education: Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, MBA, or a related discipline.
- Core Skills: Exceptional written and editorial skills, crisis management expertise, and strong executive presence.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Marketing, R&D;) and manage high-stakes external networks.
- Agility: A proactive, strategic mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced workplace.
