Role Description The Corporate Business Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Secunderābād. This position is responsible for overseeing corporate business operations, supporting strategic planning, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives that align with Orchid Pharma’s growth objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing business performance metrics, preparing and reviewing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership, finance, sales,



and operational teams to drive efficiency, support key projects, and recommend improvements to processes and business practices. The role also involves stakeholder communication, vendor and partner coordination, and contributing to the development and execution of corporate strategies in the pharmaceutical sector.

Qualifications

- Strong business management and corporate planning skills, with experience in performance monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret financial and operational metrics to support decision-making.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry operations, regulatory considerations, and commercial dynamics is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated skills in process improvement, project coordination, and change management within a corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site setting, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative working style.
- Comfort with using business productivity tools and enterprise software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, ERP or CRM systems).
