With strong credentials across the Government of India, State tourism departments, and MP State Archaeology, we are entering a decade‑long expansion phase driven by sustainable revenue lines and scalable content pipelines, including immersive content to make History and Geography learning interesting.

We are now seeking a COO who will transition to CEO/MD as the company scales.

Role Overview

You will lead Tellme’s operational engine, technology‑driven scale, GTM execution, and organisational growth. This role demands a hands‑on operator who can blend technology, AI, product thinking, and business execution.

This is a high‑impact leadership role with performance‑linked bonuses, milestone payouts (including fundraising milestones), and equity — ideal for a senior operator who wants to build and eventually lead a high‑credibility, innovation‑driven company.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and scale operations across product, content, technology, and partnerships
- Drive GTM for DivyaDarshan360 (consumer app) and commercial expansion for AankhonDekha
- Leverage technology and AI across product development, content workflows, analytics, and operations




- Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relations
- Manage P&L;, budgeting, financial discipline, and reporting
- Build high‑performance cross‑functional teams
- Strengthen partnerships with tourism, culture, archaeology, and institutional stakeholders
- Prepare the organisation for scale and eventual CEO/MD transition

What We’re Looking For

- 8–15 years in operations, general management, or product‑led business leadership
- Strong experience in technology‑driven execution (AI, consumer apps, digital platforms)
- Proven ability to launch and scale digital/consumer products
- Demonstrated fundraising experience
- Solid P&L; ownership and financial acumen
- Entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to lead the company as CEO/MD
- Ability to work in a bootstrapped environment with smart resource allocation and high creativity

(Government partnership experience preferred but not mandatory — we already have internal expertise and sustained relationships.)
