Job Title: Control Systems Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Aerospace Control Systems Engineer to design,

develop, and optimize control systems for aircraft and aerospace applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in flight dynamics, control theory, and embedded systems, with hands-on experience in implementing advanced control algorithms for aerospace platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement control systems for aircraft, UAVs, and aerospace components.
- Develop and validate flight control algorithms
- Model and simulate dynamic systems using MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and avionics hardware into control architectures.
- Perform system-level analysis, stability assessments, and performance tuning.
- Support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics).




- Prepare technical documentation and reports for design reviews and certification.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in aerospace control systems development.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for modelling and simulation.
- Proficiency in C/python for Autopilot software
- Strong understanding of flight dynamics and control theory.
- Experience with embedded systems and real-time control implementation.
- Knowledge of sensor fusion and state estimation (Kalman filtering).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with autopilot systems and guidance/navigation algorithms.
- Exposure to certification processes and safety-critical systems.
- Knowledge of advanced control techniques
