We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Writer who can develop high-quality, SEO-focused content while working closely with our creative, strategy, and digital marketing teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Writer with 3+ years of experience, preferably from a digital marketing agency, who has strong expertise in creating content for digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, brand communication, and content strategy, along with the ability to create both creative and conversion-focused content. The candidate should also be capable of managing and guiding a team of content writers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality, engaging, and original content aligned with brand objectives and digital marketing strategies.
- Write SEO-oriented content for websites, landing pages, homepages, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Create both short-form and long-form content based on the requirements of different platforms and campaigns.
- Develop website content that is informative, engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-focused.
- Write SEO-friendly blogs and long-form articles while maintaining readability, originality, and appropriate keyword integration.




- Conduct research on industries, brands, competitors, audiences, and relevant topics to develop accurate and impactful content.
- Work on content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, marketing collaterals, and other brand communication requirements.
- Develop creative content ideas, concepts, headlines, hooks, and messaging directions for campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative, Design, Social Media, SEO, and Strategy teams to ensure consistency between content and creative execution.
- Provide appropriate briefs, references, context, and creative direction to the design team wherever required.
- Review and edit content created by team members to ensure quality, accuracy, tone, grammar, and brand consistency.
- Manage and coordinate the work of content writers, including task allocation, review, feedback, and timely delivery.
- Ensure all content is delivered within defined timelines and meets the required quality standards.
- Stay updated with digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional experience in content writing.
- Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency is mandatory/preferred.

- Strong understanding of SEO content writing and keyword placement.

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent creative thinking and ability to develop fresh content ideas and concepts.
- Ability to write content that is both creative and conversion-oriented.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in handling or mentoring a team of content writers will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
