Key Responsibilities

Content
Strategy & Development
- Manage executive branding content calendars and content roadmaps for senior leaders.
- Identify content opportunities based on industry trends, market developments, business priorities, and available proof points.
- Recommend monthly and quarterly content themes aligned to Automotive, Manufacturing, AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation priorities.
- Plan and create content across LinkedIn, articles, newsletters, blogs, executive POVs, presentations, videos, webinars, podcasts, event assets, and conference-related materials.
- Convert industry trends, research, business insights, internal expertise, and approved case examples into market-facing content.
- Draft podcast, webinar, video, panel discussion, and keynote talking points.
- Develop frameworks, maturity models, playbooks, and executive communication assets.
- Create briefs for design teams to develop carousels, infographics, videos, and executive branding assets.
- Create basic visual content assets including LinkedIn tiles, simple infographics, carousels, and social media creatives using tools such as Canva and AI-powered design platforms.

Branding & Social Media
- Support LinkedIn content execution for senior leaders.
- Maintain posting schedules and ensure content is ready for review and publication.
- Recommend suitable content formats based on topic, audience, and channel.
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter LinkedIn posts, carousels, snippets, and social media assets.
- Ensure executive content is consistent, skilled, and aligned with EXL messaging and brand voice.
3. Industry & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor Automotive, Manufacturing, AI, Analytics, Data, and Digital Transformation trends.
- Track thought leadership activity across consulting, analytics, AI, and technology firms.
- Identify emerging topics, market developments, and executive content opportunities.
- Share content recommendations based on industry activity, competitor messaging, and public market conversations.
Experience Required
- 4-7 years of experience in content strategy, thought leadership, executive communications, B2B marketing, consulting marketing, industry research, or related content roles.
- Experience creating business-facing content for AI, analytics, data, technology, consulting, automotive, manufacturing, supply chain, or digital transformation topics.
- B2B technology content experience is a strong plus.
- Exceptional writing, editing, research, and business storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to simplify complex business and technology topics into clear, executive-ready content.
- Strong content planning discipline with the ability to manage multiple content formats and deadlines.
- Experience creating or supporting LinkedIn thought leadership content for senior stakeholders is preferred.
- Experience creating simple visual content such as LinkedIn posts, carousels, infographics, and presentation graphics using Canva, PowerPoint, or AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
