Better Vision Media is hiring a Content Strategist. We’re looking for someone who is curious, creative, culturally aware and genuinely interested in content. Someone who is proactive, follows what is happening across business, social media, culture and digital platforms and can convert those observations into meaningful content ideas.

Location: Ahmedabad (near Shyamal Cross Roads)

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-person, Work From Office

Experience required: 1-2 years

Note: This is a content-focused role, NOT a digital marketing role. Candidates whose primary experience or career interests are in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, paid advertising, performance marketing, website optimisation or other technical digital marketing functions should NOT apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop content strategies for brands, founders and professionals across Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Research industries, audiences, competitors and current trends to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Conceptualise and develop ideas for reels, carousels, social media posts, LinkedIn content, articles and other digital formats.
- Write and review engaging blogs, scripts, captions, hooks, headlines and content copies aligned with each client's voice and positioning.
- Build and manage monthly content calendars and ensure content is planned well in advance.
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors and the internal team to translate concepts into strong visual content.
- Review content before publishing to ensure quality, accuracy and brand consistency.




- Understand client briefs and contribute ideas during content strategy and brainstorming discussions.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform changes and evolving content formats.
- Handle multiple client accounts and content requirements while maintaining timelines and quality.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong command of written and spoken English (non-negotiable).
- Excellent writing, research and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and digital content platforms.
- Ability to think creatively and develop original content ideas rather than relying solely on existing formats.
- Experience in Content Development and Writing for diverse formats such as articles, blogs, thought leadership pieces, and campaigns.
- Good understanding of hooks, storytelling, audience behaviour and what makes content engaging.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing styles for different industries and personalities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable collaborating with designers, editors and other members of the creative team.
- Prior experience in content strategy, copywriting, media or a creative agency will be preferred.
