We’re looking for someone who understands online communities, conversational content, and audience engagement — someone who can create content that feels authentic, sparks discussion, and contributes to business growth.|

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation and Publishing

- Write engaging, discussion-driven content tailored for community platforms and niche audiences.
- Adapt content tone for different audience segments and online communities.
- Follow a structured content calendar to ensure consistent daily activity.
- Coordinate and execute content publishing across multiple accounts and formats.

Community Engagement

- Participate in relevant discussions and build meaningful interactions with users.




- Identify collaboration opportunities with community members, creators, and moderators.
- Respond to comments and maintain a natural, credible brand presence.

Performance Tracking

- Track published content, comments, and engagement metrics in a central reporting sheet.
- Monitor performance trends and suggest improvements based on results.
- Maintain a clear daily activity log and contribute to weekly performance reports.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent written English and the ability to write natural, non-promotional content.
- Solid understanding of online communities, discussion forums, and audience behaviour.
- Experience creating content that drives engagement, conversations, and conversions.
- Ability to manage multiple content streams and meet publishing deadlines independently.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and basic performance tracking.
- Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
