Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Ahmedabad.

The Content

Creator will develop compelling content for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, Front of Camera Frankly, Reels Content, advertising copy, website content, and campaign materials that align with brand strategies. Day-to-day tasks include generating ideas, creating visual and written content, collaborating with designers and marketing teams, and adapting content to different formats and audiences. The role also involves scheduling and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and refining content based on performance insights and feedback.

Creator will help maintain consistent brand voice and storytelling across all client projects.

Qualifications

- Ability to produce clear, engaging written content for branding, advertising, and social media.
- Skills in basic visual content creation, such as working with design teams or tools to support graphics and layouts.
- Understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Capability to brainstorm concepts, translate brand strategy into content, and adapt messaging for different channels.
- Robust research skills to understand client industries, target audiences, and competitor positioning.
- Attention to detail in reviewing and refining content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with creative, marketing, and account teams on-site.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in branding or agency environments and familiarity with content and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
