Role Description The Consultant – SAP Basis (Workload Automation) will be responsible for administering, monitoring, and optimizing SAP Basis landscapes, with a focus on workload automation and system performance in a complex global environment. This full-time role, based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, includes configuring and maintaining SAP systems, coordinating integrations, and ensuring system reliability, security, and availability. Day-to-day activities involve troubleshooting technical issues, managing transports, coordinating upgrades and patches,



and collaborating with functional, development, and infrastructure teams to support business processes.

For our new and state-of-the-art SAP Datacenter in the Microsoft Azure environment need Senior Workload Automation Expert for taking over the global operation of our new and modern Automation and Monitoring Center.

Qualifications

- SAP workload automation expert with 5+ years of experience
- Maintain and improve the operational model of our Workload Automation Tool (preferably Redwood and from other providers, e.g. Broadcom UC4).
- Delivery of the global (EMEA, APAC, AMER) and business critical Workload Automation services, ensuring alignment with business demand and within agreed SLAs.
- Knowledge of Business Process flows and how they interact with SAP systems, ensuring stable and efficient end-to-end operations.
- Ensure the delivery of the SLA 1 Class Support for the Workload Automation Service.
- Keep documentation up to date, ensure there is connection/process between all services and minimal overlapping between services delivered within different teams in Workload Automation domain.
- Leading Migration Projects in the Workload Automation domain.
- Develop and communicate work instructions within the Workload Automation domain
- Design and develop technical and operational processes in the Workload Automation domain.
- Drive the Workload Automation strategy – bring service overview to the table, follow and steer service transformation where needed
