- For our new and state-of-the-art SAP Datacenter in the Microsoft Azure environment need SAP Infrastructure Operations Senior Experts within the SAP Infrastructure Operation Team for the global operation of the workplace.
- Member of the CIT India Digital Core (DOI) with focus on SAP
- SAP BASIS for ERP within ECC 6 enviroment with both Oracle/HANA DB
- Ensuring appropriate technical system documentation
- Implement service requests by executing data reloads, performing administrative tasks, making minor application changes
- Implement changes to local / regional applications
- Proper daily handover to Germany, Management of incidents, resolve technical incidents focusing on world wide users
- SAP Basis expert with 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis.
- Experience on S/4 HANA and Cloud Enviroment preferably Microsoft AZURE
- System refresh, System copy, SAP Backup & Recovery
- SAP Support Pack upgrades, SAP Kernel upgrades and deployment of Add-on components using SPAM/SAINT
- Further development and automation of the products and services used
- Operation and monitoring of data center and cloud structures (SAP systems, databases, operating systems, networks)
- Monitoring and optimization of the SAP systems, databases, operating systems and networks in operation with regard to performance, availability and stability
- 2nd and 3rd level analysis and troubleshooting as well as processing of requests from internal partners
- Provision of commissioned data center and cloud solutions to internal partners
- Independent planning, coordination and execution of SAP projects such as upgrades or migrations
- Standardization, harmonization and documentation of the SAP infrastructure environment and automation technologies
- Observation and evaluation of technological trends - Evaluation and introduction of new products
