Northwind Estates Pvt. Ltd. is a real estate venture backed by promoters with over two decades of experience and more than 10 lakh sq. ft. of completed development in Delhi NCR. Our flagship project, Northwind Sanctuary, is a 4.5-acre sustainable residential development of 185 residences at Plot 07, Sector Pi-1, Greater Noida — IGBC Platinum pre-certified.

About the role

Most construction sites in NCR still run on WhatsApp forwards, paper challans and a site engineer's memory. Ours does not. Northwind Sanctuary reports into a live digital dashboard — daily progress, quality checks, manpower, material movement and delay flags — where AI reads the daily reports and surfaces schedule risk. This role owns that layer.

You are the person who makes sure that what the dashboard says is exactly what is happening on site. It is a hands-on site role, not a desk role: you will walk the floors every day, and then make the record match.

What you will own

- Daily progress reports (DPRs), QC checklists and delay flags on our cloud reporting platform
- Drawing and document control across GFC, structural and MEP revisions, so every team on site is building off the latest drawing
- Digitising MRNs and delivery challans, and tracking material consumption against estimates
- Cross-verifying subcontractor measurement sheets against actual field execution
- Logging labour,



equipment and obstruction data that feeds the project schedule
- Using our AI reporting tools day to day — and telling us where they are getting it wrong

What we are looking for

- B.Arch, B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Fresher to 1 year of experience — aptitude matters more than years here
- AutoCAD, and working comfort with MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Hands-on familiarity with AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT, used as everyday working tools: drafting and cleaning up reports, reading long documents, making sense of site data. Tell us in your application what you have actually used them for
- Familiarity with BIM viewers (Revit, Navisworks) and cloud tools (Google Drive, Airtable)
- Quick to learn construction management platforms such as Powerplay, Autodesk Construction Cloud or Procore
- Sharp site observation, problem-solving aptitude, and writing transparent enough that a report does not need a follow-up phone call
