Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role based in Gandhinagar.

The Construction Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities across residential and commercial sites. The role involves managing contractors and site teams, monitoring quality and safety standards, tracking project progress, and maintaining compliance with local regulations and company policies. The individual will prepare and review project documentation, manage budgets, support procurement and resource allocation, and regularly report on timelines, risks, and milestones to senior management.





The position requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to required quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Coordination skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Budgeting skills and familiarity with cost control and resource planning.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in Gandhinagar and surrounding regions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with proficiency in project management and construction software tools.
- Ability to work on-site, handle multiple priorities, and solve problems in a quick-paced project environment.
