About the Role:

We are looking for a Compliance Associate who can independently handle day-to-day corporate, statutory and regulatory compliance work and support clients throughout their compliance lifecycle.

This role is suitable for someone with 6 months to 2 years of experience who has practical exposure to MCA/ROC filings, GST, income tax, company incorporation, annual compliance and related business compliance services.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple compliance areas and willing to learn and handle versatile assignments rather than being restricted to a single type of work.

Key responsibilities:

Handle MCA/ROC compliance for Private Limited Companies, LLPs, OPCs and other applicable entities.

- Assist with preparation and filing of annual and event-based ROC forms.
- Handle/assist with company incorporation and post-incorporation compliance.
- Prepare and maintain compliance documents, declarations, resolutions, registers and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST registration, amendments, returns and related GST compliance.
- Assist with Income Tax, TDS and other tax-related compliance work as required.
- Handle documentation and applications for various business registrations, licences and statutory registrations.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness and statutory requirements before filing.
- Track filing deadlines, notices, acknowledgements, challans and compliance status.
- Assist in responding to MCA/GST/other departmental queries, notices and resubmissions.
- Maintain proper records of client filings, documents, certificates and compliance history.
- Coordinate with internal teams, professionals and clients to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Stay updated with relevant changes in corporate, GST, tax and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned client portfolios and ensure timely delivery of compliance tasks.

Required SKILLS:

- Basic to practical understanding of Companies Act, MCA/ROC compliances and corporate filings.
- Working knowledge of GST and GST Portal.




- Basic understanding of Income Tax and TDS compliance.
- Familiarity with MCA Portal and government compliance portals.
- Positive understanding of statutory documentation and filing procedures.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documents and forms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and standard office tools.
- Ability to independently research compliance requirements when required.
- Willingness to work across different compliance and business-registration assignments.

- Business Registration & Compliance Services
