As a Remote Compass Ambassador, you’ll be the heartbeat of our creator ecosystem across India, guiding, supporting, and amplifying the success of our storytellers.

Role & Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for creators across India—onboarding, guiding, and resolving queries within 24 hours via chat, video, and email.
- Curate and share localized content tips, platform updates, and growth best practices tailored for Indian creators across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Host bi-weekly live workshops or AMAs focused on content strategy, monetization, or platform algorithm changes for regional audiences.
- Identify and spotlight top-performing creators; collaborate with marketing to feature them in campaigns or case studies.
- Collect and synthesize creator feedback to influence product roadmap, feature prioritization, and content tool improvements.
- Represent unfilterstory at virtual creator summits, webinars,



and community events across India to build brand credibility and trust.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- Comfortable using Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom for daily operations
- Proven experience supporting creators or managing online communities (paid or unpaid)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok content ecosystems in India
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Hindi or regional language bonus)
- Ability to interpret analytics dashboards (Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.) and translate into actionable advice
- Self-driven with proven ability to manage remote workflows without supervision
- Preferred
- Experience running a personal creator account with 5K+ followers
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing tools
- Prior work with SaaS platforms or creator economy startups
