We are looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator for developing and executing outreach and engagement initiatives that support a diverse and inclusive DataForce community.

This role ensures that engagement programs address the needs of various contributor groups, develops and maintains internal and external communication templates, and regularly reviews content to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.

The Community Engagement Coordinator is also responsible for creating engaging communications that enhance contributor participation and hiring engagement, while conducting periodic reviews of community engagement initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create, implement, and manage effective outreach campaigns, engagement programs, and community events for DataForce contributors and other relevant audiences.
- Design, implement, and monitor satisfaction surveys to gather feedback from the DataForce community.
- Analyze, forecast, measure, and report on the effectiveness of engagement campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a systematic, process-driven approach to community engagement and relationship management.
- Identify trends and issues within the DataForce community and support the development of recruitment and engagement strategies.
- Create engaging email campaigns and communication materials to improve contributor engagement and participation.
- Review and update communication templates, documentation, and outreach materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Production, Recruitment,Technical Support, Operations, and Payments, to deliver a positive contributor experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Engagement Manager or Community Sourcing Director.

- Strong attention to detail,



with the ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for escalations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting departmental KPIs and deadlines.
- Exceptional proofreading and editing skills to ensure high-quality communications before publication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally, patiently, and empathetically.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, community management, customer engagement, recruitment, or a related field, with a proven track record of handling customer inquiries and delivering effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
- Experience with community engagement, outreach campaigns, customer communications, or contributor management is highly preferred.
- Experience using CRM, recruitment, or community management tools is an advantage.
