Role Overview

Are you someone who loves keeping up with the latest in tech, naturally gravitates toward meeting new people, and thrives in lively social or professional gatherings?

We are looking for an energetic, curious, and relationship-driven Ecosystem Growth & Community Relations Associate to represent Recro out in the real world. This is not a traditional desk-bound quota-driven sales job. Instead, you will act as Recro’s brand ambassador—stepping into tech conferences, developer meetups, hackathons, and startup mixers across Bangalore and pan-India.

Your goal is straightforward: immerse yourself in the tech community, connect with engineering leaders and founders, share what Recro is building, and organically build a vibrant network of partners and tech enthusiasts.

What You Will Do

- Be the Face of Recro: Attend premier tech events, developer conferences,



startup summits, and networking mixers across Bangalore and pan-India to represent our brand ethos.
- Engage & Build Genuine Relationships: Strike up organic conversations with engineering managers, tech founders, product leaders, and innovators. Listen to their scaling challenges and share how Recro’s ecosystem supports them.
- Stay Ahead of Tech Trends: Read up on emerging technologies, cloud landscapes, AI advancements, and startup ecosystem shifts so you can talk shop comfortably with tech professionals.
- Map the Ecosystem: Identify key community hubs, upcoming tech forums, and emerging pockets of innovation where Recro should have a presence.
- Collaborate Internally: Bring back grassroots insights, qualitative feedback, and warm community connections to align with our growth and outreach teams.

What We Are Looking For (Who You Are)

- Fresher with High Agency: You have recently graduated and possess an undeniable "hunger to build", a self-motivated attitude, and a strong bias for action—you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Extracurricular Champion: Your college or early background isn't just about academics; you were deeply involved in organizing college fests,



leading clubs, debating societies, cultural events, or tech symposiums.
- A Natural Conversationalist: You genuinely love talking to new people, possess high emotional intelligence, and find energy in networking rather than draining from it.
- Tech-Curious: You have an active interest in reading about technology, following tech creators, understanding how startups scale, or tracking software development trends.
- Willingness to Travel: Excited about stepping out, visiting venues, hopping across city tech hubs, and traveling pan-India for major industry events.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
