Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will work in a full-time, remote capacity, supporting brokers and clients using the BOS platform. In this role, the advisor will identify and evaluate commercial real estate opportunities, assist with property analysis, and guide clients through leasing, acquisition, and disposition processes. The advisor will collaborate with brokers to understand client requirements, prepare market reports, and maintain accurate property and deal records within the system.

Daily tasks include managing inquiries, providing responsive customer service, and helping users maximize the value of BOS tools for commercial transactions.



The role also involves building solid client relationships, contributing feedback to improve platform features, and staying current with commercial real estate trends and regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate, including market analysis, property evaluation, and transaction support.
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, with the ability to interpret leases, sales agreements, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, deal structuring, and negotiation in a commercial real estate context.
- Customer Service skills focused on clear communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building with brokers and clients.
- Familiarity with technology platforms or proptech tools; ability to learn and effectively use AI-driven systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and data management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Capacity to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with distributed teams.
