We are expanding our collections team and looking for energetic and result-oriented Collection Executives with experience in short-term / payday loans.

? Position: Collection Executive

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Industry: Financial Services / NBFC / Lending

✅ Key Requirements:

- Experience in loan collections (short-term / payday loans preferred)
- Solid communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Knowledge of repayment follow-ups & collection processes
- Comfortable working with targets & field/tele-calling activities

? Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow up on pending EMIs and overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate customer and payment records
- Resolve customer queries related to repayments
- Coordinate with internal recovery & operations teams
- Ensure timely collection as per company guidelines
