Role Description This is a full-time, in office Collection Agent role based in Jhansi.

The Collection

Agent will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely cash collection in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves regular field visits, verification of customer information,



documentation of interactions, and accurate updating of collection records in internal systems.

The Collection

Agent will maintain professional and respectful communication, resolve basic customer queries, and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed. The position also requires close coordination with team leaders and back-office staff to meet collection targets and support high-quality recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, with the ability to negotiate and follow structured recovery processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to handle customer interactions with dignity and professionalism.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance-related knowledge to understand loan products, repayment terms, and account status.
- Relevant skills such as fieldwork familiarity, local area knowledge (Jhansi and surrounding regions), and proficiency in Hindi and basic English are beneficial.
- Desired qualifications include a high school diploma or higher, prior experience in collections or field recovery, integrity in handling cash, and readiness to work in a target-driven environment.
