I’m currently looking for a long-term Co-Founder to join me in building and scaling OneMind Solutions Private Limited.
This is not a salaried job. It is an equity-based founding opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to build a business from the ground up.

Startup, IT, SaaS, fintech,
sales or business development experience will be a plus. ? Equity OpportunityThere will be no fixed salary initially.
The proposed structure is up to 5% equity after 5 years of continuous contribution and association, subject to performance, mutually agreed milestones and a formal legal/shareholders agreement.
The objective is straightforward: build together, grow together and share the long-term value created.
