Role Description As a Co-Founder at Digital Equity, you will help shape the organization’s long-term vision, strategy, and impact, focusing on expanding Digital Equity's initiatives across India. You may start from any state where you have the most network. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading program design and improvement, building partnerships with schools, funders, and community organizations, and overseeing key operational and strategic initiatives.

You will drive fundraising and stakeholder engagement, support team hiring and management,



and represent the organization in external forums, events, and meetings. The role requires close collaboration with existing leadership to strengthen organizational systems, monitor outcomes, and ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to design, evaluate, and improve programs and strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with students, partners, donors, and team members across diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated Sales and Marketing skills to build partnerships, drive fundraising, and increase visibility for the organization.
- Experience in leadership, social impact, or the non-profit sector, ideally in education, digital literacy, or youth development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with resilience, adaptability, and a mission-driven mindset.
- Proven track record in team building, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and ethical practices in serving underrepresented communities.
