The Opportunity

I'm relaunching a D2C personalized gifting brand - miniature figurines and looking for a co-founder to build the next phase with me.

This isn't a "let's brainstorm an idea" pitch. There's a real foundation already in place:

- A validated product in the personalized miniature gifting space, with real repeat demand
- 30+ brand and creator collaborations executed
- A working B2B corporate gifting motion with 10+ closed orders
- An engaged community of 2,700+ on Instagram
- Hard-won, data-backed clarity on what didn't work the first time around (acquisition economics, ops bottlenecks) - so we're not starting from zero on lessons learned

Role Description As a Co-Founder at Loony, you will play a central role in shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and growth. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales and marketing initiatives, overseeing customer acquisition and retention,



and collaborating with designers to refine product offerings and brand positioning.

What You'll Do

- Share full strategic and operational decision-making - this is a 50/50 partnership in practice, not a title
- Own your functional area end-to-end (Ops, or creative - based on your strength)
- Help build and refine the go-to-market narrative
- Work directly and closely with me - this is a two-person, high-ownership setting in the early stage

Who You Are

- Prior experience in a startup, D2C, or e-commerce environment (Not Mandatory)
- Got a fresh perspective and standout skills? Freshers with exceptional ideas are welcome to apply!
- Comfortable with early-stage, equity-based compensation - this is sweat equity to start, not a salaried role
- Based in Chennai or able to be here regularly for in-person work; this needs real proximity in the early months
- Able to commit meaningful time (and ideally some capital) to get this off the ground
