Role Description The CNC Maintenance Electrical role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranipet. This role involves performing electrical maintenance, inspection, and repair of CNC machines and related equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing electrical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, calibrating and testing components, and updating maintenance records.

The role also requires coordinating with production teams to plan maintenance activities, supporting machine installations and upgrades,



and adhering to safety and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems, focusing on systematic fault finding and resolution.
- Experience with Maintenance & Repair activities, including routine servicing, corrective maintenance, and component replacement.
- Understanding of PowerPlant or industrial power systems concepts, with the ability to work safely around high-voltage equipment.
- Background in Aircraft or Aircraft Maintenance is beneficial for candidates familiar with high-precision, safety-critical systems.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering.
- Hands-on experience in CNC machine electrical maintenance, PLCs, drives, sensors, and control circuits is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe handling of electrical tools and test equipment.
- Solid attention to detail, ability to read electrical schematics, and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
