ChaureAr

ChaureAr is an early-stage AI technology company focused on combining AI, 3D generation, architecture, VR, and digital filmmaking to create practical tools for industries that currently depend on expensive and time-consuming creative workflows.

Our long-term vision is to build proprietary AI technology that can generate custom, controllable 3D content and designs for real-world applications.

We are currently developing our technology around three major areas:

- AI-powered 3D generation
- AI-assisted architecture and custom house design
- AI-assisted filmmaking and 3D content production The goal is to move beyond generic AI generation and build systems that understand and produce custom designs according to specific customer requirements.

Current

Progress

ChaureAr is not starting from just an idea. We already have an early technical foundation and a working prototype.

Current Technology

We have

- A working AI-powered 3D generation prototype.
- Experience integrating and running existing 3D AI models.
- Developed our own workflows for converting 2D concepts into 3D assets.
- Custom LoRA models/workflows for controlling the generation toward specific visual requirements.
- Experience with GPU-based AI infrastructure and model deployment.
- Initial product concepts for architecture, 3D generation and filmmaking.

The current prototype gives us a foundation from which we can continue improving the technology and eventually develop our own proprietary models.

- Our Long-Term AI Strategy

Our strategy is not to permanently depend on third-party AI models.

In the early stage, we are using existing open-source and commercially available AI technologies to prove the product, build workflows and understand customer requirements.

As we collect our own data and develop custom datasets, we plan to gradually move toward our own trained and fine-tuned AI models.

The roadmap is

This approach allows ChaureAr to move quickly today while building toward technology that can provide greater control and differentiation in the future.

Technology

One of ChaureAr's key differentiators is customization.

Instead of giving every customer the same generic AI-generated output, our goal is to allow customers to define what they actually want.

For example, in architecture, a customer could specify:

8.

Founder

Contribution

We are open to a co-founder contributing ₹0 to ₹10 lakh, depending on their financial situation and the value they bring to the company.

Money is not the only contribution we are looking for.

A candidate who brings exceptional technical skills, business experience, industry connections, customer access, or the ability to build the company may be valuable even without a financial contribution.

The final equity arrangement would be discussed based on:

- Financial contribution
- Technical contribution
- Time commitment
- Experience
- Responsibilities
- Existing ChaureAr technology and IP
- Expected long-term contribution

Any arrangement would be formally documented through a founder agreement.

Equity

Structure

Equity would be negotiated individually rather than using a single fixed percentage for every candidate.

For a suitable full-time co-founder who contributes primarily through time, expertise and execution, an indicative equity range could be 7.5%–10%, depending on the person's contribution and responsibilities.

A different structure may apply when the co-founder also contributes capital or brings significant technology, customers, partnerships or other strategic value.

Equity should be subject to an appropriate vesting arrangement, protecting both the company and the co-founder if either side decides to end the relationship early.
