Role Description The Closing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing all aspects of real estate transaction closings. In this position, the individual coordinates with buyers, sellers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure that closing documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory and company requirements. The role includes managing funding timelines, reviewing loan packages, confirming mortgage lending conditions, and resolving discrepancies prior to closing.

The Closing

Manager tracks status updates, prepares closing statements, and communicates clearly with stakeholders to keep transactions on schedule. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining organized records,



updating systems, and supporting sales teams with closing-related information and guidance.

Qualifications

- Experience managing real estate transaction closings, including document preparation, review, and coordination across parties.
- Knowledge of funding processes and procedures, with the ability to manage disbursements and ensure timely completion of financial transactions.
- Background in sales or transaction support within real estate or financial services, with a focus on closing activities.
- Understanding of loans and loan documentation, including verification of terms, conditions, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with mortgage lending practices, regulations, and communication with lenders throughout the closing process.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple closings simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a qualified approach to working with clients and partners.
- Proficiency with office productivity software and transaction management systems.
- Prior experience in real estate, title, lending, or related fields is preferred.
