Role Description The Clinical Researcher is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, conducting, and analyzing clinical and healthcare-related studies aligned with the organization’s data-focused services. This role involves developing research protocols, reviewing medical and statistical literature, and ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance in all research activities.
The Clinical
Researcher will collect, organize, and interpret clinical data, prepare reports, and contribute to publications and presentations that inform evidence-based decision-making.
Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating research findings to internal and external stakeholders, and supporting data quality initiatives in clinical and healthcare projects. The role also requires maintaining detailed documentation, adhering to timelines, and continuously improving research methodologies and processes.
Qualifications
- Solid analytical skills and experience interpreting complex clinical or health-related data.
- Proficiency in statistics, including study design, data analysis, and use of statistical software tools.
- Solid foundation in medicine or health sciences to understand clinical protocols, outcomes, and terminology.
- Demonstrated research skills, including literature review, protocol development, data collection, and reporting.
- Effective communication skills for presenting findings, writing reports, and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Biostatistics, Life Sciences, or related discipline).
- Experience with clinical trials, observational studies, or healthcare data projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with research ethics, regulatory guidelines, and data privacy standards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a commitment to high-quality, accurate work.
