Role Description This is a full-time, Clinical Specialist – Physiotherapy role based in Saket.

The Clinical

Specialist supports healthcare professionals in effectively using BTL’s physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment through product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical workshops. The role involves assessing clinical needs, advising on appropriate treatment protocols, and providing evidence-based guidance on device applications in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and rehabilitation settings.

The Clinical

Specialist collaborates with the sales and technical teams to deliver clinical support during installations, address user queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.



The position also includes documenting clinical feedback, contributing to educational materials, and staying current with best practices in physiotherapy and rehabilitation technology.

Qualifications

- Clinical expertise in physiotherapy, including musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and rehabilitation care; ability to translate clinical knowledge into practical device usage.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation within physiotherapy and related specialties.
- Ability to provide clinical training and education to healthcare professionals, including conducting workshops, demos, and small-group sessions.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work closely with clinicians, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort with medical technology and devices, including understanding basic device operation, safety standards, and clinical protocols.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution; relevant clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or rehab center is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple site visits, trainings, and follow-ups.
- Willingness to work in office in Saket and travel north India as & when needed for client support and training sessions.
- Knowledge of cardiology or medical aesthetics equipment is an advantage but not mandatory; openness to continuous learning and upskilling is essential.
