Clinical Application Specialist - French Speaking
3-Year Contract | Remote | European Travel | Expenses Covered
We are currently recruiting for a French-speaking Clinical Application Specialist to join an innovative healthcare technology organisation developing cloud-based solutions for the diagnostic imaging and radiology sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a clinical/medical imaging background combined with healthcare technology experience who enjoys working directly with customers and helping them get the most from sophisticated clinical software.
The Role
As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will act as a key link between customers, clinical users and internal technical/product teams.
You will support customers throughout the journey - from product demonstrations and clinical discussions through to implementation, training and ongoing technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and clinical support throughout the sales process.
- Demonstrate product capabilities, features and potential clinical applications to customers.
- Support customer installations and implementations.
- Deliver product training and educational sessions to customers.
- Develop training materials and educational content where required.
- Provide ongoing customer support and troubleshoot application-related issues.
- Investigate reported problems and work with internal engineering/development teams where appropriate.
- Identify solutions to customer issues and follow up to ensure successful resolution.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate opportunities for product improvement internally.
- Support trade shows, conferences and other customer-facing events.
- Contribute to user guides, manuals and product knowledge documentation.
- Produce post-training reports and provide feedback on customer satisfaction and requirements.
About You We are looking for someone with a combination of clinical knowledge, technical understanding and strong customer-facing skills .
You will ideally have
- A Bachelor's degree in a medical/clinical discipline, or experience as a radiographer/medical imaging qualified.
- Around 4-5 years of relevant professional experience .
- Experience working with clinical applications, healthcare technology, diagnostic imaging or related platforms.
- A strong understanding of diagnostic imaging and clinical workflows.
- Good understanding of IT environments, with knowledge of cloud architecture, hardware platforms and virtualisation highly desirable.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, application support or implementation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clinical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, independent approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer relationship and conflict-management skills.
- Fluent French and strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly, primarily within Europe.
Travel This is a European-facing role and will involve approximately 30% travel , primarily within Europe, with occasional travel outside Europe.
Flights, accommodation and other approved business travel expenses will be covered by the client.
